- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

- Contact our customer service team at support@boldnfem.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer service team promptly if you wish to cancel your order, as we send orders out every two days.
